Affordable living in OULU APARTMENTS

Our new Serviced Apartments are well suitable as a temporary home or an alternative for hotel accommodation. Our prices include all the needed equipments for comfortable living, e.g. full kitchen, flat screen TV+DVD, dishwasher, washing machine, private sauna, internet access, towels and linen. Balcony and a warm garage in most apartmens.

 Prices from:

(Alppi A, Alppi B, Tulli A and Tulli B)

• 1 night: 85 EUR
• 1 month: 1050 EUR

(Veturi, Tori A and Tori B)

• 1 night: 105 EUR
• 1 month: 1190 EUR

Our apartments are equipped for 1-4 persons. 

All prices include taxes (VAT 9%).

Additional Services

• high chair/cod: 10 EUR/night - max. 30 EUR
• extra cleaning: 35 EUR (final cleaning is included in the price of the rental if the apartment is in normal condition)
• extra fee for pets - possible only in some apartments (50 EUR/stay)
